Good afternoon!
Is there a way pull a report or search based on what is entered in the memo line? For example, we have contributions going towards a specific project but we don't have a designated account for it. Right now I'm keeping up with the funds in an Excel spreadsheet but was wondering if I could just enter the name in the Memo line and I could pull a report or search for it?

Its actually better to create a separate Contribution Fund in Contributions so it properly prints on the Contribution Statement so the donor knows exactaly what the funds were donated for.amanicwil wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2024 4:25 pmGood afternoon!

You just set it up so that it points to the regular income account currently used.
That said, I seem to recall that the memo line cannot be used in a search.
