Search Memo

Good afternoon!
Is there a way pull a report or search based on what is entered in the memo line? For example, we have contributions going towards a specific project but we don't have a designated account for it. Right now I'm keeping up with the funds in an Excel spreadsheet but was wondering if I could just enter the name in the Memo line and I could pull a report or search for it?

Its actually better to create a separate Contribution Fund in Contributions so it properly prints on the Contribution Statement so the donor knows exactaly what the funds were donated for.

You just set it up so that it points to the regular income account currently used.

That said, I seem to recall that the memo line cannot be used in a search.
