1099 E-File Error Code

Just a note for others....
I had an error code issue appear when I tried to e-file my 1099 NEC forms for 2024. The W2 e-file worked fine. Somewhere along the line I found a forum posting that said this issue could be fixed if you manually removed the "account number" on each 1099 that was generated by PowerChurch. I did that and left the account blank on each form. (Powerchurch had generated a 1099 form "account number" based on a truncated vendor code assigned within the program).
That worked for me and they were transmitted successfully just now.
Just wanted to give others the opportunity gain from my research on the topic.
