Is there a way to renumber contribution funds in the middle of the year?
And how is it done?

Sure ... just go into the maintain list of contribution funds, find the fund you want to change the number on, update the number, then save.

Everything in the system is then updated to the new number.

FWIW ... before you start, make sure you have an idea of the new numbering scheme you want to use, then lay it out on a copy of the funds list printed from the reports.

This way you can insure you have room for growth in the future if necessary.

Neil is right in the process to change a fund number, but for others reading this post, this can only be done with version 8.5 or higher.
