Contributions Posting Glitch?

We have a volunteer who every week enters our weekly contributions. Before she posts them, she double-checks that all the entries are correct and the totals match with our money counter financial sheet.

However, we just discovered that none of the contributions she entered since mid-December (or just before the last PowerChurch software update) are showing up. It's like they've been wiped out. Do we need to re-enter these or is there a reason.

I've also noticed that when I print checks, the date for the check no longer populates (field says 99/99/9999) - is there an issue with this update?

We just re-entered a few of the missing contributions and ran another report -- they STILL did not show up!

This has definitely got to be a PowChurch glitch, friends.

What version of Powerchurch are you using??

When you post, do you post to Accounting, or to Contributions only?

We are still on Version 12.2 and we post to Contributions but before our volunteer enters donations I post everything to Accounting.

So ... after the volunteer enters the data, do you run any reports, if so, nothing is seen there? I would call the office directly, also you may want to consider upgrading to v15, as v12.2 will not get any further updates, nor will it get the changes needed for 2026 payroll if you use it for that.
