Subsplash Giving

Post by LWA-Chino »

We are contemplating switching our online giving from Vanco to Subsplash.
Any advice and or experiences pros or cons on this?

Just that you need to know that you're going to be doing everything manually. Any exported contributions will need to be formatted in a comma separated text file, and you'll have to enter the expenses and the deposit through the Funds Accounting module by hand.

I have to massage the data from Subsplash even if their file meets the 'import online requirements'?

I'm assuming that, all you're going to get is the Contributions data as required by the contributions import module. You're still going to adjust the amount donated to deduct any fees they may charge.

Not knowing how this company does its data export makes all of this based on other comments made about similar processing companies
