I want the Version 11 Range Report to start with contributions greater than zero. When I try to enter a new range, the system only ask for an ending range number. Therefore, the report always start with contributions of zero.
Any suggestions?

Re: Range Report
You can specify bottom and top ranges in the Selected Contributions Report
You can watch my PowerChurch tutorials now on YouTube!

Re: Range Report
I want to start with $1, thereby eliminating members who did not contribute.
The Selected Contributor report does not satify my needs. I only want the range breakdown.

Re: Range Report
This has frustrated me in the past as well but I don't use the report enough for me to really complain about. It would be good to be able to get the report as you would like to. The only answer I can come up with would be to save the report as a spreadsheet and modify that to suite your need.

Tom:
I have also used the spread sheet option to solve this problem before.
Perhaps if I mention my desires now, the solution can be incorporated in the next update or release.

Re: Range Report
Is anyone at PowerChurch watching this post? Is it possible to modify the options on this report to allow a report without the zero contributors?
Tom
Re: Range Report
Trust me ... they're watching the posts.
That said, sending them an email to wishlist@powerchurch.com would help !!

As Neil mentioned, sending an email to wishlist@powerchurch.com stating your suggestion and giving examples of how this idea will be useful or benefit users actually does get the attention of the developers. Not all ideas can or will be implemented, but this software IS the culmination of the vision of the developers in conjunction with user suggestions.
Re: Range Report
I can verify that they do listen to the users, and take their requests into account.
Having been a programmer, I do know that they have to make some business decisions on what can be implemented and what can't. Questions of how many users will benefit, the costs of the change or new functionality, etc.
That said, I am surprised at how many suggestions from users are implemented either as part of a Maintenance Release. These are not bug fixes, but added functionality which is not normally done (outside of Powerchurch) in the software world. You would normally have to pay for an upgrade.
Disclaimer: I have no financial interest in Powerchurch, I am just a long time user and supporter of the software.
