Reports - Contributions: List of Contributors Who Have Not Pledged

In running this report for the current-year-to-date the data returned are both pledged and non-pledged in addition to persons not currently attending during this time period. I assume it is related to the way we have set-up our pledged and unpledged funds. Will someone please tell me/us how to set-up our funds for this report to only pull non-pledged contributors.

I have checked the Forum for Contributions and Reports and the User Manual without success.

My suggestion is renumber the funds as follows (not knowing how many you have, I'm using numbers from 100 to 1000)

Pledged Funds: 100 thru 500
Unpledged Funds: 600 thru 1000.

In this way you can segregate the funds so that you'll only pull those that people are asked to pledge to.

As far as the report pulling 'non-attenders', that is something that can't be helped, as there isn't a link to the attendance module. You could adjust the non-attenders Personal Profiles status from Member-Active to Member-Inactive and then filter out that status from the report.
