Individual Contribution Statement Problem

For some reason, the Individual Contribution Statement is no longer picking up Tithes and Offerings. The information is in the system (it comes up in other reports) and the box is checked in the ICS form. But it only picks up contributions to designated offerings or pass thru offerings. It worked fine in January when we were printing year end statements but we recently had a member ask for a duplicate of last year and we discovered this new problem. Has anyone experienced this or have any insight?

The Maintain List of Contribution Funds screen (Contributions > Setup) has a checkbox option on each fund labeled "Include fund on statements". It sounds like that option is unchecked on that particular fund.
