I have entered contributions for year end 2011 & the new year, 2012. When I post those, will they post to the correct years? It looks like they will post all to the month/year I specify. If I am correct, is there a way to "fix" this, other than deleting & re-entering all my contributions entries?

When there are multiple dates found, it shows you a list of all the dates found and there are check boxes next to each date. If you want to post them to different months/years in Fund Accounting, just go through the posting process twice. Uncheck the ones you don't want to post each time.

I get a warning that I am posting to a year that does not match the current system year. I click continue, tell it to update fund accounting, and then it asks me which month to post to. Will it give me more choices after that screen? I'm afraid to put a month, for fear that it will post them all to that 1 month/year.

FWIW ... its always a good idea to do a backup before you try something new, just in case, so you can return to where you first started
