I am using Powerchurch Plus vs 9. I am trying to run contribution statements full fund detail. I have done this every year with no problem but this year it will not give me detail. It doesn't matter which one I choose summary or detail - it will only print out summary. Does anyone have a clue what I can do to correct this. The only thing I can think of is that I changed computers during the year and have windows 7 now. I thought maybe there is something not compatiable about it and vs 9. I would appreciate help, please!!

When you moved computers, did you reinstall version 9 from the install disk, or did you just copy the directory ?? Win7 should work with v9 for the most part.

Have you tried to run the Individual Statement Report to see if that problem occurs there ??

FWIW ... just as a heads upthey have now released v11.5, and I believe will no longer support v9 with any maintenance updates.

We did re-install from the cd and we have tried to run those reports with the same results.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you applied the last Maintenance Release for v9 ... dated 6/18/2010 ??

If you do have that latest MR, and since you can't even select the details and view in a 'Preview' report format, there is more going on then can probably be traced via the forum. Best call the Powerchurch support line.

The report is printing, however the detail is not, though the summary which is usually at the bottom is.

I recall this was seen shortly after V9 was released. I'm certain the behavior was fixed in a later MR.

Make sure you are running the latest MR. Then run the PC9CR85.EXE in the install directory (default C:\PowerChurch\PCPLUS9\Install\PC9CR85.EXE).
