Hello.

Our situation is there where contributions entered and posted that were incorrect (dates, funds, and amounts). We have entered (unposted) reverse / negative (ie. -$100.00) contributions to cancel out the incorrect ones and then we entered correct contributions. When we ultimately post everything, will the individual's contribution statement (report) show the reverse / negative contributions along with the positive (correct) ones?

No. I'm fairly sure that in v9 (and higher) the system recognizes the reversals and does not reflect them on the statement.

However, these reversals must have the same date, contribution fund, and amount for this to work.

Example:

Original: 01/01/2011 Fund 100 $200.00
Reverse: 01/01/2011 Fund 100 -$200.00
