Authorized Church Officer

I am our church's office administrator. On our Canadian tax receipts, I come up as the "Authorized Church Officer, but I do not actually fill that role, our treasurer does. But I can't find where I change that! any thoughts?

I am our church's office administrator. On our Canadian tax receipts, I come up as the "Authorized Church Officer, but I do not actually fill that role, our treasurer does. But I can't find where I change that! any thoughts?

When you get ready to print the tax receipts from the Contributions Statement report (either all, or individual statements), you should see a screen that looks like this:

As you can see, you can update this with the treasurer's name, etc.
