Resize Contributions Entry Window

I am wondering if it is possible to resize the contributions entry window in version 11.5. I find the entry window is just too small.

FWIW .. the size has always been the same.. However, I'm fairly sure that you can adjust it by adjusting the system font size or increasing the resolution of the display screen.
