I am using PC+ version 11.5. I have entered a pledge for a member with the following parameters
1) dates-09/28/2012 - 12/31/2012
2) monthly pledge - $100.00

When I print a Contribution Statment as of today - 12/11/2012 - The Pledge Summary Box shows the pledge details correctly (dates and amount per month), but the amount under the Pledge colum shows $300 and the Actual amount shows as $400 (which is correct)

Sometimes when I have this problem, I know that the dates are in question, for example, if someone pledges $5000/year, I will actually enter the dates as 1/8/12 through 12/24/12 to miss 2 Sundays. But this one is pretty straightforward, I thought.

Any suggestions?

Since this is a 'monthly' pledge .. try running the report with the end date of Dec 31. I seem to remember that monthly pledges are setup as due at the end of the month.

You can set weekly pledges to show due at a certain date of the week, but the monthly pledges I believe are hard coded for the end of the month.

Thanks ... I'm not always right .. which is why Jeff sometimes corrects me, but I'm thinking 75% is still passing ...

I think your percentage is way above 75%. You don't know how often I am corrected around here. My problem is I remember how it used to work and forgot we changed it.
