What is the suggested tracking process for fundraising money that is not given by one contributor but rather by a group. For example, a "bake sale" that is done by the youth group parents. Where is the suggested place of tracking that assuming that not all parents are members or in the members list.
"Free-will offerings" or "anonymous" offerings is another example. An unknown person or a large group raising money.

If what you mean by tracking is, what person to list the contributions under, we use a dummy entry we call "Lucy Cash" , as recommended by Tech 2 here:mabrun wrote:What is the suggested tracking process for fundraising money that is not given by one contributor but rather by a group.
