We have many families that only the mailing list info was entered, but no individual profiles.
How can I format the querys for a custom report to show those families on the family mailing list with no personal profiles?

We had the same issue, and the way we solved it was:
1 - Go into Integrated Data Entry in Membership
2 - Click on the Family Members tab
3 - Scroll through the records by clicking on the Next button
4 - Every time you find a Family without Family Members - Tag the record
5 - Run a Family Mailing List report - selecting Tagged Records only
This shouldn't take too long, unless of course you have thousands on your mailing list.
