Hello, we're running a custom report that lists our members by category (personal status). For example, we have Member - Active, Member - Inactive, etc. For the custom report, I have each group separated. In the group footer I would like to list the number of records listed in that group. I have played around with COUNT, but I just can't figure this out. Any help?

Take one of the fields you are reporting on, like "last_first" and copy it into the Group Footer. Double click that field on the report, then on the Field Properties screen that pops up, click on the Calculate tab, choose Calculation type: Count and Reset based on: Group.
