Filter a Standard Report

Would like to be able to apply a filter to the standard income and expense report. The filter would be on subaccount number. This way I can print a separate income/expense report for each subaccount without changing my chart of accounts.

Reason is that our church committee's have recently been restructured. Current chart of accounts is grouped more by function. Committee chairs would like to get a separate expense report for their committee. Realize that I could change account numbers to reflect this but since it will change again in future, would like to keep current account numbers and just filter the report by subaccount number. I can change the subaccount number to match committee structure in the future.

Thought I would ask before I write a custom report for this.
