We have set-up the system to email the contribution statements. Is there a setting to print all the labels for those that do not have an email?

The system will allow you to do the following:

1. Print all statements
2. Print statements not setup to email (do not have an email address)
3. Email statements (three options here)
a) print all statements
b) print statements not emailed
c) only email statements.

You want to use option 3b.

Since the statements are printed with a full mailing address with return address, it is easier to use window envelopes instead of printing labels, as you are then guaranteed to put the correct statement with the correct address. Using labels you open yourself to human error putting the wrong statement in a labeled envelope.
