How to email a custom report
We would like to be able to send via email a custom report which was created in Power Church. The report is our membership list with telehone numbers in "label form".

Emailing custom reports
There are two ways you can email a custom report. First you would have to change your output type so the report is actually exported. You could export it as an excel, dbf, and various text files. But keep in mind by using this you'll lose any formatting for the report.
Another way would require you to have a full installation of Adobe Acrobat. By doing this when you print a report the "Adobe PDF-Writer" is an option as a printer. You can choose that as your printer and it will create a .pdf file you can email as an attachment. By using this method, you can format the report anyway you like and keep it that way. But remember it will only work if you have a full installation of Adobe Acrobat, not the Acrobat Reader you can download for free from Adobe.
