I created a custom report and added the church logo to the title page. Printed just
Fine for about 50 copies. Then it started pausing and asking for the location of logo which adds more steps for an already step filled report. Any suggestions as to why this is now occurring and how to prevent.

Are you in PowerChurch Online and/or running the report from a different computer? It sounds like the file isn't in the same location as it was when the report was created. If you modify the report, point to the new location of the image, save the report, then it won't ask for the location of the image each time. If you just point to the new image location when running the report, it doesn't save the new location.
