I hope someone can solve our dilemna. It may be something as simple as inputing the data incorrectly in a specific module but we are baffled. When we go to run a report of monthly birthdays, the printed report omits some of our members or friends. When we check the module, the birthday is in there, however, it does not print on the report??

The same thing also happens with parish assignments. We print the report for members in Parish #4 and some of the members are omitted.

Any help you can give would be GREATLY appreciated.

The most common cause of people being omitted from Membership reports, is a checkbox setting on the Family Mailing List that reads "Include In Membership Module Reports." If this is unchecked, the family, nor any of its personal profiles will not show on any Membership report.
