Quarterly Custom Report

Post by gibsonmj »

I'm trying to replicate our churches quarterly from an old DOS program. It prompts what quarter you are are running for. It then prints a separate page for each member which includes quarterly totals for previous quarters and details and total for the quarter they specified. it finally displays what percentage of their pledge they've paid to this point. Is this possible through custom reports or delivered reports?

Just a thought. Its possible to replicate, but why try. Just let the congregation know that you've moved to a new system, that has a different set of reports, and get them used to the contributions statement as built-in to Powerchurch !!

You can do a quarterly update of contributions, which will also list their pledge amount, and amount fulfilled to date. It may not show percentage, but it will show the actual amount.

Still learning the software. What do you mean by "quarterly update of contributions"?

Sorry ... bad choice of words. Just a quarterly report via the ALL CONTRIBUTIONS report.
You can select the monthly range you want to report on to just display that quarter's contributions on the report, but the pledge notice that is printed will show the YTD numbers.
