I'm trying to create a report that shows "Visitation Notes" but all I get is Memo in the field. Any ideas?

I just did a test on my test system, I think what you're looking at is the Query Results that can be displayed (or turned off). If you double click on the block that contains the word Memo you should see the visitation notes.

I'd just try closing the Query Results window and view the system created report via the screen. Once you're sure you're seeing what you want to see, then you can manipulate the design of the report to 'fancy' it up.

Actually, I just created a query from the Visitation section and the field I think i think you want is the RESULTS field. This will display the Visitation Notes in the output.
