Delete only ONE field

How do I get rid of an output field once I put it under "fields to include in query"? I really don't want to unpick all and start all over.

On the screen that has the big Run Query button, click Edit Output Fields. Find the field listed on the right and double click it.
If you are still in the process of adding the new report, you should also be able to double click the field name to remove it from the list of fields to include in output.
