I followed the steps found on powerchurch's website to create a directory, and have one issue...
On the 2nd instance of the same last name (different family), the last name is hidden even though the "hide duplicates" is not checked...

Any idea how to make the last name show up?

Is it the Profile name or Family name not showing? What part of the report is this field in? (i.e. Group Header, Detail, Group Footer)

The family name is not showing.. it's in the Group header
lastname + firstname + a_address
