I want to create a directory, preferably in the booklet layout, that will include all details including cell numbers for both adults, birthdates, occupations, and anniversary.

I tried, oh I tried, to follow instructions I found here on creating a custom report but I failed miserably.

I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.
