We've recently converted to v.11 from 10.4.
I have a few reports which display Visit Area. However, now instead of our one character code i.e. A~H the reports are showing up with 2 characters and which are completely different, ex. "CO" or "8R", from what they actually are.
Any ideas

Version 11 has a Visit Area and Visit Area Description output field in Custom Reports (it's this way for all the custom code fields). Use Visit Area Description for the full text instead of the two digit code.

Silly people keep finding ways to get past the login process. We do try to clear the posts in a timely manner.
