Adding Ministry Service Notes

I am trying to create a custom report to track weddings and have added some information to the notes section in Ministry Services. How do I add these notes to a custom report? I can't seem to find the correct selection in "Output Fields".

Isn't
Service Notes the field you need ??

I added Service Notes and the field comes up empty the notes are not there. Any ideas?

Are you trying to create a report to print, or are you creating an Excel (or other) file output?
The Memo fields can not be exported to a file. They will print on reports, but not to file.

Thank you, after a bit more research on this forum I see using excel does not work. In a report format I can see the notes.
