I want to do a search of information that is missing ? Another words people that do not have b-dates in the system. I am also looking for a way to distribute information sheets via email or on a web page so that people can review and make changes...is this possible. Can you recomend a form ?

Custom report filters
Trumpetman,
You could create a custom report with a filter like this:
"Birthdate is missing a date."
About running a report to email and web pages. You would have to use a full version of Adobe Acrobat (PDF writer) to export information like this. You would simply run the report and when you printed choose the PDF Writer that Adobe installs. Then you could send the report as an attachment.
