Trying to get a simple report with all the data from Personal profiles I get this message:

"The SQL Select Statement that is being executed by Query Maker has an error in it. The error may be in the join condition. It could also be the spelling of a field or file name."

It then offers a debug procedure that is, I'm sure, inaccessible to me. Since the SQL is generated automagically and since I don't have access to the SQL language, this must be a glitch. I can't be the first to have run up against it, so what's the fix?

In the title bar of the error message box is the real error. Based on the information you provided though, it sounds like the error is that the sql statement is too long. If you pick all fields you can get this message. You should only pick the fields that are necessary for your output. Several fields contain duplicate information, for example, there are several fields to choose how the name or address should be formatted.
