Check Reader Scan Correction

I began using a check last Sept. I love it.

I have a contributor who had me scanning checks; from a special checking account she has, under her maiden name. This year she wants these checks to scan under her married name which is also a different envelope number.

I also, had an adult pay a child's tithe with a check and I scanned it in under the child's name, so now it comes up for the child each time.

Once I have scanned a check under one name how do I change it to scan under the correct or new name?

Next time you scan the check, just change the envelope number to the correct number. The program will then associate that check with the new envelope number.
