Is there a report that will show donors who donate monthly? (We are a food shelf, not a church so don't have weekly donors). Ideally this report would show how many donate monthly by check and how many donate monthly online.

I don't know of any. You can try the Selected Contributors report, that will show the date, the donor, the amount, and the contribution type.
