Pictorial Directory with Maintenance Release Version 9

Post by dcc »

Hi,

Are there any issues with printing a pictorial directory with the latest maintenance release for Version 9? I'm running XP.

I've gone into Personal Profiles/Reports/Directory and chose New Members for the last two years. I have entered their pictures on the Integrated Membership Screen. I can see everyone's pictures in Integrated Membership. However, when I run the Pictorial Directory, no one's pictures are shown on my screen. I am removing the Check Mark that chooses to print only the people who have photos since I want to know if I've missed entering someone's photo.

Thanks for your help. I ran this Directory before the lastest maintenance release and it worked fine.

Thank you.

Myra,

Just wondering.
You said you entered photos on the Integrated Data Entry. Did you enter these on the Mailing List Profile, or the Personal Profile for these people?

Neil,

I entered the photos on the Integrated Data Entry screen where you can import pictures of families.

Then it sounds like you have not entered photos on the Personal Profiles, only the mailing list profile. If you go into the Family Mailing List and choose Pictorial Directory from those reports, you'll probably get the pictures.

Right. PowerChurch Plus will allow you to record a family picture and individual picture for each person. Depending on which screen you attach the pictures in, you can expect to get a pictorial directory from that area only.

If you added Family pictures, then go to Membership > Family Mailing List > Reports - Family Mailing List > Pictorial Directory and they should be there.
