I am using the custom check feature just to move the amount and date lines. However, on the stubs, it does not show the individual line description, or notes as it says on the screen layout. I only get the name of the vendor and reference where it says line 1 and line 1 description should be. Any ideas on if there is something I can do to fix this or if PCPlus is working on a fix for it?
It works fine from payroll, just not from open invoices.

If there is actually information missing from the check stub, the fields were most likely accidentally deleted from the form when editing.
When you say that the line description and notes don't appear as they do on the screen, those are two bits of information that aren't supposed to show up on the check stub. Also, when you say that this information does show up on the Payroll check stubs, there are not any line description or notes fields in the Payroll module, as there are in Accounts Payable.
Most likely, resetting your custom check layout and moving the amount and date fields again will fix the problem, since anything else that was accidentally changed or deleted will be replaced.

What I am talking about is each line that you add with the account and description. In payroll that is salary, each tax line, insurance, etc. You can see the fields on the checks and the payroll info prints on the stubs. I am wondering why the other lines don't print on the stubs or how to make sure they do.
Tried re-setting
I tried resetting the custom check and moving the date and all again and the same thing happens. If I type a description next to the account I used, I still can't see the account or description on the stub. It used to be that if I typed a description next to the account it printed on the stub. Now, notes don't print, and descriptions don't print even though I can see them on the custom check layout screen.
I'm sure it is some setting or something. I just need to know how to get the accounts and descriptions to print on the stub. I can see the fields, they just aren't printing.

Thought I had it
Thought I had it, so I am re-writing this post. I found the box to add account posting info to stubs, but it still didn't give me what I need.

Didn't fix it
I told it to print the account info on the stub and it will now print the account number and name at the bottom, but still will not put any of the description lines on the stub. This is a little frustrating because it means having to re-memo every check to get a specific description on the stub and then only when I added the memo line to the stub.
