LIABILITY REPORTS ??

Post by JAllwhite »

We have several designated funds that are currently in PowerChurch as liability accounts. I use the Trial Balance report to show those every month. Unfortunatey, our people would like a report that shows what came into the account and what went out of the account for each month in seperate columns. The trial balance report shows those in one combined column. Does anyone have any ideas on a report that might satisfy our church body?

Thank you for any help!

Have you looked at the Account Activity report? You can specify a range of accounts to review (e.g., only liability accounts) as well as a date range (from month / to month). You can include (or not) unposted transactions. And debits and credits to each account are listed in separate columns. If this gives the info you want but not in the format you want, you can always save it as an Excel file and manipulate it that way. Hope this helps.
