Problem with printing mailing labels in personal profiles

Hi,

We have been a PC+ user for the past 4 years. We are currently using version 10.4, program date 10/27/2008. We are running the main program on a server running Winows Server 2003.

The problem we are having is with printing mailing labels in personal profiles. After going thru the data selection screen the 'Selecting Data' message appears very briefly and then gives this message;

"The screen could not be started. Please make sure no one is reindexing files and try to starting again."

After clicking OK an 'Open' screen appears showing the PC+10 directory with a list of .dbf files. It is obviously looking for one of these files but we do not know which one. pressing cancel gives the following error;

Error:52
Message: No table is open in the current work area.

There are no others reindexing files.

We have reindexed the data to see if this helps. (it doesn't)

This only happens on one of our computers. It works fine at the server and works at all of the other computers connected to the server excedpt the one.

Printing mailing lablels works fine in the family mailing list area.

We have uninstalled and reinstalled the program in the problematic machine. Problem persists.

Any ideas?
