damaged PDF file when mass-mailing

Post by wvuuc »

In Membership>Personal Profiles>Email to Selected Profiles
Selected parameters for profile selection, created email, attached a PDF file (monthly newsletter), sent email.
Opened the PDF file on my computer prior to attaching it to the email.
In my own email, my copy of the mailing appeared. When I said to open the PDF file, Adobe Acrobat 6.0 gave me the message "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."
This has happened multiple times with multiple pdf files created by at least 2 different people.
Anyone have any clues about how to fix this?
