We have a birthday card ministry at our church. I give two lists to the person who writes the cards. The first list shows everyone's birthdays in chronological order throughout the year.
Go to: Membership - Personal Profiles - Reports - Selected Names, Addresses, Phones. In the Birth Date section go to the right side and enter from 01/01 to 12/31 and sort by Date (month/day).
The second report shows the ages of all the children for whom we have birth dates. This helps us choose the right card for each person, based on age. You can choose to list children from birth up to age 21. This list is provided by age, from birth to the upper limit you specify. I have not found a way to change this to a chronological listing.
