I have searched the forum, but cannot find anything specifically on this subject.
I have two rather large Sunday School classes. All of a sudden, the last page of both of these classes no longer prints when I attempt to do the monthly attendance register form.
It will print find if I do the weekly form, everyone is in included. However, this can be a clerical nightmare in record keeping, especially since I have to keep the records until the end of my church year.
Any ideas?

1. Have you added names to the list or changed the class roll ?
2. Have you changed anything in your printer settings, or replaced a printer ??

1. We have made changes. I should note that in this process we even elected to create a whole new list, but the same thing happens...no last page.NeilZ wrote:Two questions:CSTrinity wrote:I have searched the forum, but cannot find anything specifically on this subject.

2. The report comes out this way. There is no final page. It doesn't matter what printer we send it to, we get no last page.

Re: Last Page of Attendance Register Not Printing
Between the classes that have this problem there are an average of 75 to 100 names. Could I send you samples?CSTrinity wrote:There are 75.NeilZ wrote:How many names on the list ??CSTrinity wrote: 1. That wouldn't help, as it would only show the results, not the underlying cause.
A few more debugging ideas:
Have you tried saving as a Word document, then printing from that to see what happens?
Can you create the report on another computer and then print from there to see what happens ?

I apologize for not getting back to you. I have to admit that the first of the year is by far my busiest time.NeilZ wrote:That wouldn't help, as it would only show the results, not the underlying cause.

I was able to save it as a .rtf file and everything prints fine. What would that make the problem?

Something in the back of my mind is saying printer setup ... that's the only thing I can think of right now. Re: Last Page of Attendance Register Not Printing
Normally, I would agree with you, but this is how the Crystal Reports file brings up the report. I'm not losing the last page when I am sending it to the printer. I get page one, page two, no page three...just a blank page. If I send it to the printer it prints this report.
However, when I send it to Word...no problems...all the records get there.
