Question about a 2 column report

I have developed our pictorial directory using a landscape format and printing one family on the left side and in the 2nd column, another family. These will go into a 9 X 6, 3 ring notebook, one for each family. When we'll cut the stack down the middle we'll have to collate 2 stacks into one set. This may lead to errors and hand-crossing. We'd like to print one complete set, one family on both halves of the sheet, cut it down the middle, and we'll then have 2 sets of an A thru Z directory. I haven't figured out how to duplicate a family on 2 columns.
Does anyone have a hint for me on this one? Thanks.

Go to the Page Setup screen under the file menu, and set it as a full 8 1/2 x 11, landscape, one column (not two), and just repeat all of your output fields side by side on the report layout.
