Activity Statistic Report

I have people that are not counted in the name count or in the present number when I have attendance for them. Their name does show up on the roll/register but will not show up in the statistics reports. I've found that whole families are doing this. The box is checked on the familes to show up in membership reports. Also it seems they all have the same date intered in to the system. Any ideas??

When you run this report in detail mode, are their names included?

Do they have attendance status recorded for the date range that you are running the report for?

No they are not listed on the detail report. (But they are listed on the roll.)

Other than the "Include in membership module reports" check box on the family record, I don't know what else would cause this.

Go back to the family, uncheck that option, then save it, then re-check it, and save it again.

A shot in the dark, as I have not seen anything like that make any difference. If the box is checked, they will show on reports...
