Contributions and networking

We are networked and when contributions are entered and I go into my computer I can't pull them all up. Is there a step we don't know about that will bring these up when they are entered?

If you are networked properly, everyone will be looking at the same data, up to the minute, as soon as it is entered.

If you are not seeing certain information shared from one computer to another, chances are, one of them is looking at a different installation of PowerChurch Plus, not the one that is shared on the network.
