Custom Visitor Report

Windows XP Power Church Plus 10.4--

Is there a way to define a custom report to key on fields that have been modified on a specific date? An example is I want to generate a visitors report for Sunday August 09, 2009 that shows the following output based on the visit number field having been updated for the subject date.

I desire a custom report with the following output:

Last Name, First Name
Address line 1
Address Line 2
City, State, Zip Code
Visit Number
Comment


I modified the Personal Profiles Custom codes to make code 3=Visit number with the following selections in the drop down menu:

1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th

and code 5=Comments with the following selections in the drop down menu:
Desires A Call
New Resident
No Address
None
Wishes to Join
