Pictorial Directory with Email Addresses

Good Morning,
I am trying to print a Picture Directory with families grouped together and not having children listed separately. We would like to have email addresses printed in the information. Is there anyway to do this? Also, does it cost when creating a file for the pictorial directory company?

Are you using the Pictorial Directory from the Personal Profile reports ? This will only list the members and family members individually.

The Pictorial Directory under the Family Mailing List reports will display the family group picture, but does not currently have access to any email addresses. In the upcoming version 11, the Member Directory under Family Mailing List reports will have the capability to include email addresses for each person having one on their personal profiles.

As far as creating a file for the pictorial directory company, it costs nothing at all to create the file, as its all done in the program. However, each company has policies on what it will cost a church depending on how many families appear for pictures.
