Reconciling Bank Accounts

We have a checking account and a savings account. Does the reconcile just work for the checking account? It only asks for one month end balance and I have one for checking and one for savings.

If you look at the reconcile dialog, it asks for the Account to Reconcile. You can select the account you're working on from there.
