Missing Posted Contributions

Hi, I have a question about the contribution statements. The contributions that I entered last week that were from mid November thru December are not showing up on the statements. When I go to "view posted contributions" it stops after the beginning of November, even though I have entered and posted them through the end of the year. When I go to "unposted contributions" and also "post contributions" an error box comes up and says "index does not match the table. Delete the index file and re-create the index". What I'm thinking happened, is that somehow the posted contributions that I made last week were not saved, because later that day we did have issues with our server. I am thinking that I need to just pretend like I never entered them and do it again, but I wanted to make sure that that wouldn't mess anything up. Please let me know if I should do something different. Thanks for your help!
