Church Directory Selection

Office staff was using the Church Directory report under Family Mailing List to generate an update to our printed directories. They would tag the new members and then just select the tagged records to be included in Church Directory report. Under V11 the selection of tagged records under Family Mailing Lists-Church Directory report seems to have disappeared.

You can still select tagged records under Personnel Profiles but all of our pictures are family pictures under family listings.

Any suggestion on how to recover this ability. I know we can probably load the family pictures under personnel profile pictures. We usually don't take individual pictures of each family member.

The church directory report has not ever had the tagged selection.

I just verified this all the way back to version 7. Maybe it was a custom report they were running?

Or maybe they were using the "Selected Records" report, which does have the option for tagged records.

Actually, in version 10.4, the Family Mailing List had the Pictorial Directory report, which gave you a filter option. Since in v11 the option to add pictures was added to the Church Directory report, the Pictorial Directory report was dropped.

According the office staff, the Family Pictorial Directory did have this option to only print tagged records. Apparently that report was dropped in Version 11. Any thought to reinstate this? The nice thing about using the tagging was the option to clear all the tagging when you wanted to generate another report with different families. Thanks.
