Personal Profiles for Deceased

Post by Pastor K »

Am I mistaken, or did v10 and prior contain a check box to "not inclued profile in membership reports"? I do not see this option in v11. We are getting information for deceased individuals showing up in birthday lists and other reports. The family profile cannot be the only place to select this, since there are still living members in the family.

Was this something left out of the v11 upgrade? If so, could it be put back, and if not could it be put in?

We've seen many clients change the personal status to Deceased to handle this situation.

We have done this. I noticed this was happening when I looked at the birthday list in the PowerChurch Today screen on startup. Is there a way to not see those names in this listing?

In the PowerChurch Today screen, click the wrench icon (options).
Click the Birthdays in the Available Sections, you will see options for changing the selected Status Codes appear on the bottom right.
