Activity/Roles Options in Canned Attendance Reports

Unless there is some way of doing this now, I would like to see the ability to choose among Activities/Roles in the Canned Attendance Reports in PC Online.

For instance, what would be the average attendance of those coded X in Activities/ Roles? Or, of those coded X in Activities/Roles, what is their particular absentee status/trend?

Exactly what do you mean by 'choosing activities/roles' ?? You can select the activities to include as well as the roles to include currently on most, if not all, of the attendance reports.

But I am glad you have presented the issue in the manner you did. In two of thirteen canned reports under Attendance there is option to narrow print out by selecting data based upon Role. The two reports that give this option are Attendance Registry Form and Activity Name Tags.

My request is to do for the other configurable canned reports in Attendance what is an option in the first two.

Aha .. I see, those reports list activity types and departments, but you can't filter by role. Sounds like something to add to the wishlist for updates to ver 11, or an addition to the requirements for the next version.
